A Glimpse of Utopia The wind whistled between the scaffolding, as it may have once among trees.  Dust caught in its wake, sending it dancing across the tattered landscape.  The sky gleamed scarlet like sunset, but the sun had neither set nor risen in decades.  Footsteps echoed louder than gunshots as the musician, their owner, danced about the streets.  Worn boot soles grazed gracefully across cracked and broken asphalt roads.  Arms strewn out at her sides, like a creature of the past in flight, something they had once called a 'bird'.  The air thick with dust clung to her ripped clothing like elegant feathers.   A curtain of quiet had rest
